Delivery times
Most deliveries are completed within 15-45 minutes depending on distance and traffic. Same-day deliveries may take longer depending on pickup availability.
Refunds
Refunds are available for failed or canceled deliveries. We review each request and process approved refunds promptly through your original payment method.
Tracking orders
Track your order in real-time through the app. You’ll receive updates from pickup to delivery, including driver arrival ETA.
Payment methods
Pay securely via mobile money, card, or cash on delivery where available. All online payments are encrypted and protected.
