6. Vendor Responsibilities

Vendors using our platform agree to:

• Fulfill orders accurately and timely

• Handle customer disputes professionally
• Not engage in price manipulation or fraud

7. Rider Responsibilities

Riders using our platform agree to:

• Follow traffic laws and safety regulations
• Handle packages with care
• Maintain professional conduct with customers
• Report issues or accidents promptly

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Twin-G shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the past 12 months.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be addressed through informal resolution. If unresolved, disputes shall be governed by the laws of Kenya and resolved in competent courts within Kenya.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in prohibited conduct. Termination will be effective immediately upon notice.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
